Why did Lockinfo disappear on my iPad and I can't install it again?

After the recent installation of another app, Lockinfo disappeared from my phone, and from Cydia altogether for me, it seems. It's not in the installed tab, and when I search for it in the Cydia store, the official build of it doesn't even come up anymore. It also now doesn't appear in the list of my purchased apps. I just bought it last week. Can you explain what happened and how I can get it back on my iPad?

Everytime I set Show on Lockscreen ON, it gets OFF after some mins(all Apps). When I unlock, notification is shown again
